* PAYMENT OPTIONS: YCMHA will only be accepting online Credit Card / VISA debit payments through GrayJay Pay. 

If you require an alternative payment option, please email the registrar for the division you wish to register:

U7-U9 (ycmharegistraru7.u9@gmail.com) or U11-U18 (ycmharegistraru11.u18@gmail.com).

Payment can be made in full, or by way of 2 installments (50% due at time of registration, remaining 50% due by November 1, 2023.)

* If you are trying out for a competitive team (U11-U18), a $100 non-refundable try-out fee will be added to the base fee.

* Upon making a competitive team, competitive (rep) fees of $250 (U9), $350 (U11-U18) per player are due by December 1, 2023.  Rep fees can be paid in two installments (November 1 and December 1).  Competitive fees are included in your team budget, giving teams the option to fundraise for this expense.  Team managers will collect rep fees. 

*If registering as a goalie and decide after the season starts to change to player, the difference in registration fees must be paid before participating as a player*

* No player with an outstanding balance from the 2022-23 season will be able to register until that has been paid in full. *

* REFUND POLICY: Refunds on core registration fees may be issued on the following schedule:

- Prior to November 1, 100% refund of the registration fees, minus $25 administration cost;

- November 1 – November 31, 80% of the registration fees, minus $25 administration cost;

- December 1 – December 31, 50% of the registration fees, minus $25 administration cost;

- After December 31, no refunds.

Refunds for other YCMHA activities (e.g. competitive tryouts, hockey school) will be provided up to the time of the first ice session. After the first session has taken place, no refunds will be granted.

Exceptional Refunds: The board reserves the right to issue additional refunds to players for exceptional circumstances (for instance, a season ending injury) in excess of the pro-ration and applicable dates outlined in 4.3 of YCMHA Constitution.
